Complex dish, but worth the effort. Even filleted the fish myself for this one. Aubergine, peppers, celery, nage, paprika, mini capers, golden raisins and toasted pine kernels.

Sea Bass with Aubergine Caponata
Complex dish, but worth the effort. Even filleted the fish myself for this one. Aubergine, peppers, celery, nage, paprika, mini capers, golden raisins and toasted pine kernels.
